Fire Damper with Pressure resistance

Properties

•Dimensions min. Ø200, max. 800mm (circular design only, extension fitting to square duct possible)

•Stainless Steel - Casing thickness 3 - 6 mm, welded construction with pickling and passivation

•Possible use as a fire damper with hight tightness and resistance against pressure, tight pressure valve, fire valve

•Pneumatic actuator (STASTO-VALBIA), use of limit switches (eg. Petercem, Telemechanique, Honeywell)

•Max. air velocity 35 m/s

•Tested pressure difference 5kPa (inside/outside of duct - dynamic pressure when the damper safely opens / closes). Max. permissible pressure is not defined - on reques.

•Turbulent flow inside the duct in front of/behind the damper is possible

•Seismic resistant (high resistance)

•Tested according to EN 1366-2

•Fire classification EI 180 ve, ho (i ↔ o) S

•Can be installed in random position inside rigid wall, ceiling, onto solid walls, ceilings with additional insulation and duct installation with insulation by stone wool

•Pressure tightness - closed blade max. 14 l /m2/min under 1.1 bar (tested towards both sides of the blade)

•Operable at temperatures up to 200 °C

•Safe cycles without loss of leakage / fire resistance of at least 20,000

•Usable in a magnetic field of up to 126 mT

•Radiation resistance up to 100 kGy (including pneumatic actuator)

•Suitable for explosion hazardous areas class II 3 / 3G c IIB + H2 TX

•Decontaminable

•Guaranteed service life 40 years

•Low Voltage and Electromagnetic Compatibility Certified

•IP protection of actuators / pneu-actuators / limit switches is 65
