A reporter, also known as a whistleblower, is a person who, within the entity, alerts to possible practices within this organization.
What can be reported:
A violation or imminent violation of a legal regulation.
How to report:
Through a communication channel that ensures the confidentiality of the information provided, protection of whistleblowers and reported persons, and protection of their personal data.

Such marked and designated protected reports are received and handled by MANDÍK, a.s. outside the framework of regular communication.

Content of the report:
A protected report must always include:
• Identification of the institutions concerned
• Identification of the violation concerned (as descriptive as possible)
A protected report may also include:
• Contact details of the whistleblower
• Supporting materials and evidence
After assessing the content of the report, MANDÍK, a.s. may need to contact the whistleblower to request additional information or clarification of the details provided. In such cases, MANDÍK, a.s. will reach out to the whistleblower if their identity is known or they can be contacted, provided that this does not endanger the protection of the whistleblower’s identity or the protection of their personal data.
Protection of persons and personal data:
MANDÍK, a.s. is legally obliged to protect the whistleblower as well as the reported person.
How the report will be handled:
MANDÍK, a.s. confirms receipt of a written report of a violation to the electronic or postal address provided by the whistleblower, unless the whistleblower has requested another method of confirmation. However, MANDÍK, a.s. does not proceed this way if doing so would endanger the protection of the whistleblower’s identity or their personal data.
Depending on the content of the report, MANDÍK, a.s. takes appropriate steps and informs the whistleblower of the outcomes. Feedback on the results of the report is provided to the whistleblower within a time frame appropriate for evaluating its content and the steps taken as part of oversight.
