Flexible connection, compensator

TVMJ - a component that prevents the transmission of noise and vibration to the piping system, compensates for the length or other changes caused by temperature fluctuations or environmental influences. Applicable for compensating for thermal expansions, under unexpected loads acting on component flanges that are firmly connected to the dividing structures. Can be used in environments with high pressure and temperature. Seismic resistant design.

•Tightness - external class C/ D acc. to EN 1751

•Usable for overpressure/underpressure up to 7 kPa

•Flat, or profiled flanges with variable drilling (pattern on request)

•Variable flange height

•Flanges made of stainless steel, carbon steel painted or galvanized

•Usual fabrics based on PTVE, Silicone, Silikone-fiberglass, PVC, or layers combinations

•Respecting VDI 6022 and DIN 4102 B1/B2 requiremenst

•Fire resistant solutions up to 500 °C

•Decontaminable
